Tanmen

tanmenTanmen is a kind of Tokyo style ramen which has salt flavor and topped with sauteed various vegetables.
Usually, saute various vegetables and few pork with salt and pepper.
And add chicken bone based hot soup to it, and pour them on boiled ramen noodles( usually curly noodles ).
Usually vegetables of ingredients are soybean sprout, carrot, cabbage, onion, leek , Kikurage mushroom , and so on.

yum, I miss Japanese noodle shop...I wasn't very good at slurping... my slurper was broken by my Mother, who said it it wasn't polite to slurp. Apparently she never knew the good noodles of Japan or manners of Japan, which of course are impeccable.

At age 5 my brother and I were set outside to eat spaghetti and have slurping fun, but as we grew older, we had to quit being silly spaghetti eaters. Mom's are no fun!

I will copy instructions and make some good noodles ...great food pics Nobu! ((hugs))

I didn't hear about this kind of instant noodles earlier. My daughter would just hug me for any noodle I prepare for her. Will surely give it a try!
